Our couplings feature trapped rollers that serve as centering tools, ensuring concentricity between the inner and outer races. These rollers are positioned next to the freewheel. The torque is transferred to the inner race through keys, face keys, or interference fits for the outer race. Our couplings can accommodate housing tolerance of h7, enabling a secure press fit. Additionally, when torque transmission occurs through interference, the tolerance rate can reach up to k6. These products are designed with shaft tolerances of h6/j7 and can handle substantial stresses from interference.
